Air Fried potato skins

These are better than a bag of potato chips and zero guilt. The weight watchers points breakdown is 1 point for 1/2 cup of raw potato skins – That’s it! condiments are free for me!

Instructions

  1. Wash your potato skins.
  2. season with Slight spray of i can’t believe it’s not butter
  3. Add your choice of condiments- everything bagel seasoning, salt, pepper.
  4. airfryer on 400 degree for 20 mins !

Notes

Supposed to be all the best nutrients in the skin too so it’s a win win!

I used to make these in the oven which took so much more time and never achieved the crisp they get being air fried!
