These are better than a bag of potato chips and zero guilt. The weight watchers points breakdown is 1 point for 1/2 cup of raw potato skins – That’s it! condiments are free for me!
Supposed to be all the best nutrients in the skin too so it’s a win win!
I used to make these in the oven which took so much more time and never achieved the crisp they get being air fried!
