Air Fryer Baked Potato

Learn how to make an air fryer baked potato in just 3 steps with only 2 ingredients! This recipe is made with extra-large baked potatoes that are intended to be served as a main dish rather than a side dish.

  • 34 Large Russet Potatoes, approximately 11 ounces each
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Rinse and clean potatoes. Using a fork, poke 10-12 times around each potato on all sides. Rub or spray a small amount of oil on the outside of each potato.
  • Add potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. For even cooking, do not layer them.
  • Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes. To check for doneness, pierce with a fork or slice with a knife to see that the inside is tender.
  • Top with your favorite toppings – bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, chili, nacho cheese, or eat it absolutely plain!
