Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a seasoning mixture.
  3. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and brush each fillet with the seasoning mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place the seasoned cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between each fillet.
  6. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping the fillets halfway through, or until the cod is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
