  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • Juice of 1 lemon

For the Drizzle:

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk.
  6. Stir in the lemon zest and juice.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan that fits into your air fryer basket.
  8. Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. For the drizzle, mix the lemon juice and powdered sugar until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
