Ingredients

  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  5. Air fry for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket or tossing the potatoes halfway through, or until the potato bites are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the potato bites from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the hot potato bites, allowing it to melt slightly.
  8. Top the loaded potato bites with chopped green onions and vegan bacon bits.
  9. Optionally, serve with a side of vegan sour cream.
