These Korean Chicken Wings are made in an air fryer with no oil. Just as tasty as the deep fried version but much healthier.
2 lbs chicken wings
ΒΎ cup corn starch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Β½ teaspoon salt
Korean Air Fried Chicken Sauce
2 Tablespoon gochujang Korean chilli paste
3 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger minced
1 teaspoon garlic minced
Β½ teaspoon salt
Oil may be used to spray and coat the chicken pieces if cornstarch still appears on chicken after frying. It can be done without oil as the chicken will produce itβs own oil once cooking.
