Easy breakfast air fryer egg on toast with 3 ingredients

Air Fryer Eggs on Toast is a game changer for anyone who loves eggs but doesn’t want to deal with the mess of frying them on the stove. With an air fryer, you can achieve perfectly cooked eggs every time without the hassle of flipping, splattering, or sticking.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of bread
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place bread in the air fryer basket.
  • Using a glass make an indent in the center of the bread. Use your fingers the press down the center of the indent.
  • Crack the egg into the center of the indent. It is ok if a little egg white goes beyond the indent. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
  • Place basket into the air fryer. Cook 340°F for 8 minutes. If you want to add a small sprinkle of cheese add it during the last minute of cooking.
  • Remove toast with a spatula and serve.

Notes

  • Add more than one piece of bread if you’re feeding additional people.
  • Consider topping with shredded cheese for the last minute.
