Sliced Potatoes in Air Fryer

Air Fryer Potato Slices have crispy edges and fluffy middles. It only takes 10 minutes to prep and 25 minutes to cook. It’s a great side dish for any weeknight meal!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes about 4 small or 3 medium
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon table salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into ¼ inch slices.
  • Add the potatoes to a bowl with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, and cayenne. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400F. Add potato slices and cook for 25-28 minutes. Shake every 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley when they are done and serve
