Every steak bite was juicy, tender, and delicious. Today, my easy recipe for Air Fryer Steak Bites.<\/p>\n<p>If you are looking for a quick weekday meal, this is one of my favorites. From start to finish, it will take you less than 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>I love a great and easy meal, and this is one of my personal favorites! And since it\u2019s low-carb and Keto Friendly, everyone can enjoy it!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>About Time\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-time-container wprm-color-border\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-time-header\"><strong>Prep Time<\/strong>\u00a05 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-time-container wprm-color-border\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-time-header\"><strong>Cook Time<\/strong>\u00a08 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-time-container wprm-color-border\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-time-header\"><strong>Total Time<\/strong>\u00a013 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 top boneless sirloin (about 2 lbs)<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp sea salt flakes<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp coarse black pepper<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp dried thyme<\/li>\n<li>4 cloves black garlic<\/li>\n<li>8 tbsp unsalted butter<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp garlic salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li id=\"mv_create_1591_1\">Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li id=\"mv_create_1591_2\">Cut steak into bite-sized pieces and discard any fat. Add to a mixing bowl with olive oil, sea salt flakes, black pepper, dried thyme, and half of the minced black garlic (2 cloves). Toss to coat.<\/li>\n<li id=\"mv_create_1591_3\">Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange steak bites in a single layer in the basket\u2014Cook for 8 minutes. Stop halfway through cooking time and shake the basket to turn the steak bites over.<\/li>\n<li id=\"mv_create_1591_4\">Meanwhile, melt the butter. Add remaining minced garlic, garlic salt, and parsley to the butter.
