Known for its lightly thin and battered chicken and in addition the famous lemon sauce. So, whether you prepare this recipe in the Ninja Foodi, or grab a package from Trader Joe\u2019s it\u2019s an amazing chicken dinner! Cut your chicken breast in half, then using a kitchen mallet, pound your chicken into 1\/4 inch thick pieces. Season the chicken with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Tip: It\u2019s easier to pound your chicken breast if you wrap or cover them in plastic\/saran wrap.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare your dredging stations, in one bowl, add the egg, lemon juice, and garlic powder, and mix well. In another bowl add the flour, Parmesan Cheese, parsley, and salt.<\/li>\n<li>Then dip your chicken into the egg mixture, and then into the flour mixture. As you coat your chicken place the chicken into the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 370 degrees F, and cook the chicken for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway during the cooking process. Check the internal temperature of the chicken, which must be 165 degrees F, before removing your chicken.<\/li>\n<li>How To Make The Lemon Caper Butter Sauce<\/li>\n<li>While the chicken is cooking, make your sauce. In a small saucepan add the butter, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, and the chicken broth.
