It\u2019s as juicy as chicken can get, and this recipe includes an optional dry rub that makes bland chicken a thing of the past.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>2 Medium\/Large Chicken Breasts (200g-250g)<br \/>\nSeasoning and Marinade of Choice<br \/>\nOptional dry rub:<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon Garlic Salt<br \/>\n1 teaspoon Chili Powder<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon Onion Powder<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon Paprika<br \/>\n\u00bc teaspoon Cinnamon<br \/>\nPinch of Pepper<\/p>\n<p>Instructions<br \/>\nPreheat air fryer to 400\u00b0F (205\u00b0C) \u2013 don\u2019t worry if it doesn\u2019t heat up all the way \u2013 you just want it hot.<br \/>\nAdd the chicken to a large plastic bag, and use a meat tenderizer to pound the chicken until it\u2019s about \u00bc inch thick.<br \/>\nAdd dry rub ingredients to a small bowl, and mix until combined.<br \/>\nSprinkle an equal amount of the rub on both sides of the chicken, and work it into the meat with your hands.<br \/>\nCoat the air fryer basket with baking spray, and add the chicken breasts to it.<br \/>\nSet the air fryer to 400\u00b0F and cook for 8 minutes (or until the chicken reaches 162\u00b0F). Flip the chicken at the 4-minute mark.<br \/>\nRemove from the air fryer, and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
