DO NOT stack or overlap them. It should be between 125\u00b0F for medium rare. The temperature will rise an additional 5 degrees after coming out of the air fryer<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-5468-step-1-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Remove the steaks from the air fryer and let them rest on a plate or cutting board for 5-10 minutes BEFORE cutting into them.
