Preheat air fryer to 400\u00b0F (200\u00b0C) if your air fryer requires preheating.<br \/>\nIn a large bowl, toss shrimp with avocado oil, garlic, Cajun seasoning, pepper, and onion powder.<br \/>\nPlace shrimp in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook the shrimp at 400\u00b0F (200\u00b0C) for 4 minutes.<br \/>\nFlip the shrimp and continue to cook for 2 more minutes, until pink and curled when cooked.<br \/>\nIf the shrimp are not quite cooked through, cook for 1 to 2 minutes more, until done. Do not overcook the shrimp or it will become dry and rubbery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Storage<\/strong>: Transfer the cooled shrimp to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.<br \/>\n<strong>Reheat<\/strong>: Reheat your leftover shrimp in the air fryer for about 2 minutes at 400\u00b0F (200\u00b0C)! Be careful not to reheat them for too long or they will dry out and become rubbery.<br \/>\n<strong>Freezing<\/strong>: You can also freeze leftover shrimp in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
