Use a damp cloth to wipe off the dirt or wash under running water quickly in a colander. Toss mushrooms in this.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-13194-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Preheat air fryer at 180C or 360F for 4 minutes.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-13194-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Place the mushrooms in one layer in the air fryer.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-13194-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Air fry for about 4-6 minutes at 180C or 360F for slices till nicely cooked. Use fresh mushrooms that are plump and do not have brown spots or look shrivelled and old. You could use baby bellas too.<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes\">2. The thinner you slice the mushroom, the faster they will cook.<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes\">3. Don\u2019t soak them in water while cleaning or they absorb a lot of water.<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes\">4. You can use extra virgin olive oil in place of butter if you are vegan.<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes\">5. The recipe uses very few ingredients but is really delicious and healthy.<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes\">6. These are best served hot.<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes\">7.\u00a0<strong>Healthy version<\/strong>: Skip oil\/butter and just use seasonings with soy sauce for marination.<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes\">8. Do not marinate the mushrooms for very long before air frying or else they get soggy.
