The cook time stays the same.<br \/>\nUse just a few tablespoons of oil. You want them to have a nice coating but don\u2019t overdo it.<br \/>\nUse lots of herbs and spices! The herbs really enhance the flavor of the carrots and can be switched up depending on your mood and what you have on hand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 pound carrots<br \/>\n3 tablespoons olive oil<br \/>\n1 teaspoon parsley flakes<br \/>\n1 teaspoon dried oregano<br \/>\n3\/4 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon ground thyme<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon black peppe<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat air fryer to 400\u00b0F.<br \/>\nSlice carrots into 2-inch rounds. Halve or quarter any thicker parts of the carrots to ensure all of the pieces are about the same size.<br \/>\nPlace the carrots in a medium bowl.<br \/>\nDrizzle carrots with olive oil, parsley, oregano, salt, thyme, and black pepper.<br \/>\nToss carrots to coat evenly.<br \/>\nArrange carrots in the basket or tray of your air fryer in an even layer.
