It\u2019s just like ordering takeout!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>About Time\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-time-container wprm-color-border\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-time-header\"><strong>Prep Time<\/strong>\u00a0 10 mins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-time-container wprm-color-border\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-time-header\"><strong>Cook Time<\/strong>\u00a010 mins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-time-container wprm-color-border\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-time-header\"><strong>Total Time<\/strong>\u00a020 mins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For The Chicken<br \/>\nChicken<br \/>\n1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs<br \/>\n1 egg scrambled<br \/>\n1\/4 cup corn starch<br \/>\nFor The Sauce<br \/>\n1\/4 cup water<br \/>\n2 tsp corn starch<br \/>\n1\/4 cup cashews<br \/>\n1\/3 cup hoisin sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp rice viniger<br \/>\n1 clove garlic minced<br \/>\n1 tbsp sesame oil<br \/>\n2 tbsp brown sugar<br \/>\n2 tbsp corn starch<br \/>\n2 tbsp water<br \/>\n1\/4 cup broccoli cut into small crowns<br \/>\n1\/2 bell pepper cut into one inch pieces<br \/>\n2 Green Onions Diced<br \/>\nSesame Seeds (optional) To Garnish<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat Air Fryer to 375 degrees<\/li>\n<li>Cut chicken thighs into 1 inch pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper chicken thighs to taste. Dredge in egg and then in corn starch. Make sure fully coat chicken.<\/li>\n<li>Spray Air Fryer with cooking spray and cook for 10 minutes, turning over halfway through. Take out when chicken is crispy on the outside and at least 165 degrees inside.<\/li>\n<li>Cut Broccoli into small crowns. Cut red bell pepper into one inch pieces.<\/li>\n<li>While chicken is cooking, combine brocoli, red bell pepper, water, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cashews and brown sugar in a sauce pan. Cook for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>After 5 minutes, add garlic, corn starch and water.
