Set aside.
Brush or spray both sides for the frozen steak with olive oil.
Season both sides of the steak with the seasoning mixture.
Add the steak to the air fryer and cook for 18 to 20 minutes depending on how thick your steak is and desired doneness. Use a food thermometer to determine doneness.
Remove steak from air fryer and let rest on a plate for 5 minutes.

Notes
Storage Instructions:

Let the leftover steak cool completely and then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
For longer storage, wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap, then place in a freezer-safe bag or container. Freeze for up to 2 months.

How To Reheat Leftover Ribeye Steak:
Air Fryer (My Favorite Method):

Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place steak in the basket and cook for 3–5 minutes, depending on thickness.

Stovetop:

Heat a skillet over medium-low heat with a little oil or butter.
Add steak and cover with a lid. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes per side until heated through.

Microwave:

Place steak on a microwave-safe plate with a damp paper towel over the top.
Microwave for 30 seconds at a time until warmed throughout.

📌 Tip: Add a splash of beef broth or melted butter before reheating in the microwave to help keep the steak tender and flavorful.
Pro Tips:

Bring to Room Temperature: Let the steaks sit out for about 30 minutes before cooking. This helps them cook more evenly from edge to center.
Rest Before Cutting: After cooking, let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute, giving you the juiciest steak possible.
Check for Doneness: Use a food thermometer to ensure your steak reaches the perfect internal temperature for your preferred doneness.
Flip for Even Cooking: Be sure to flip the steak halfway through air frying to get that perfect sear on both sides.
Cooking for a Crowd? This recipe can easily be scaled up. Just make sure to place steaks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If needed, cook in batches so each steak gets evenly cooked and crispy on the outside.
The air fryers I used to test this recipe were the Cosori TurboBlaze 6 quart and the Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart. Since all air fryers vary, you may need to adjust the timing.

Nutrition
Calories: 993kcalCarbohydrates: 3gProtein: 92gFat: 68gSaturated Fat: 29gPolyunsaturated Fat: 4gMonounsaturated Fat: 34gCholesterol: 277mgSodium: 1401mgPotassium: 1286mgFiber: 1gSugar: 0.2gVitamin A: 563IUVitamin C: 0.4mgCalcium: 43mgIron: 8mg

Nutritional information is approximate.
