In a large bowl add the shrimp, sausage, spritz with oil a couple times, add the BBQ seasoning and toss to combine.<\/li>\n<li id=\"mv_create_147_2\">Tuck the sausages slices in the curve of the shrimp and thread them on skewers.<\/li>\n<li id=\"mv_create_147_3\">Place the sausage and shrimp skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook to 350\u00baF for 4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through. Serve immediately. You can thaw them in the refrigerator overnight or place them in the sink with cold water, changing the water every 30 minutes. This recipe works with raw shrimp, don\u2019t use it with previously cooked shrimp.<\/li>\n<li>For the BBQ seasoning, I used Trader Joe\u2019s 101 BBQ seasoning.
