Super juicy and delicious, these are the best meatballs!<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients to make meatballs:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ground beef\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 I like to use a leaner ground beef.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pork ground sausage<\/strong> \u2013 Use a mild or medium Italian style ground sausage for the best flavor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Egg<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Breadcrumbs<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 plain or panko breadcrumbs will both work for this recipe.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seasonings:<\/strong>\u00a0onion powder, garlic powder, salt, dried basil, dried oregano, dried thyme, ground black pepper,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grated parmesan cheese<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 the type that is powder, not long grated cheese.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fresh parsley<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to make meatballs in the air fryer:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>In a large bowl add the breadcrumbs, egg, seasonings, parsley, and grated parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.<\/li>\n<li>Add the beef and pork into the bowl, then use your hands to combine everything thoroughly.<\/li>\n<li>Next, taking about 2-3 TBS of meat mixture (this is a hearty sized meatball), roll it into a round ball, pressing it firmly together. Repeat for all of the meat, until you have 18-20 meatballs.<\/li>\n<li>Please the meatballs into the air fryer basket, making sure they are NOT touching (the air needs to circulate around them).<\/li>\n<li>Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook 2 batches.<\/li>\n<li>Cook in the air fryer on 370 degrees for 9 minutes. Open the air fryer and shake the meatballs around, then close and cook for 3-4 additional minutes.
