Depending on the budget, we prefer ribeye, sirloin, tri-tip, and chuck shoulder steaks (aka London Broil steaks).<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>1 lb. (455 g) steaks , cut into 1\u201d cubes &amp; patted dry<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>8 oz. (227 g) mushrooms (cleaned, washed and halved)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Butter , melted (or oil)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1\/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic powder<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>salt , to taste<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Black pepper , to taste<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Minced parsley , garnish<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Melted butter for finishing , optional<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Chili Flakes , for finishing, optional<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><em>Combine the steak cubes and mushrooms. Coat with the melted butter and then season with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cubes of steak and mushrooms in bowl<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Preheat the Air Fryer at 400\u00b0F for 4 minutes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Preheat Air Fryer<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Spread the steak and mushrooms in even layer in air fryer basket. Air fry at 400\u00b0F for 10-18 minutes, shaking and flipping and the steak and mushrooms about 3 times through cooking process (time depends on your preferred doneness, thickness of the steak, size of the air fryer).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>steak bites and mushrooms in air fryer basket<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Check the steak to see how well done it is cooked.
