Today, I made my mom\u2019s Air Fryer Beer Battered Fish recipe using cod, but other white fishes would work perfectly here.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>2 pieces cod fillets about 1\/2 pound<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Beer Batter:<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>2 teaspoons salt<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon black pepper<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 cup all-purpose flour<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon baking soda<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>2 tablespoons cornstarch<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>8 ounces beer<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 large egg<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Flour Dredge:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>1 cup all-purpose flour<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon garlic powder<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon paprika<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 teaspoon Old-Bay Seasoning<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><em>In a large mixing bowl, mix all of the beer batter ingredients, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix the flour dredge.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Cut your fish into equal-sized portions.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil spray.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Dip the fish pieces into the beer batter, shake off the excess, and then place them in the flour dredge.
