They\u2019re fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, but best of all they\u2019re much healthier than oven-baked roast potatoes!<\/em><br \/>\n<em>These simple air fryer roasted potatoes cook in just 25 minutes in the air fryer, making them a quick and easy alternative to oven-roasted potatoes.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>8 Maris Piper Potatoes peeled and cut into 5cm chunks.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 tablespoon Olive Oil<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bd teaspoon Sea Salt<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bd teaspoon Smoked Paprika<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bc teaspoon Garlic Powder<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bc teaspoon Black Pepper<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Peel and chop your potatoes into 5 cm chunks.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>8 Maris Piper Potatoes<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Soak your potatoes in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours).<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Pat dry the potatoes on a tea towel or paper until their is no moisture left.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Place the potatoes in a bowl and coat in the oil and seasonings. Use a spoon to make sure every potato is coated.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 tablespoon Olive Oil, \u00bd teaspoon Sea Salt, \u00bd teaspoon Smoked Paprika, \u00bc teaspoon Garlic Powder, \u00bc teaspoon Black Pepper<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Preheat your air fryer to 190\u00b0c (375F) and place your potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Take the basket out of the air fryer and give the potatoes a shake (or use tongs to flip the potatoes) and return to the air fryer for a further 10 minutes. Test a potato with a sharp knife and place back in the air fryer for a couple of extra minutes if needed.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Cut the potatoes into 4-5cm cubes, which is slightly smaller than I would cut a traditional roast potato. Keeping them small increases their surface area and also helps to ensure they cook quickly in the air fryer.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Ensure you pat the potatoes completely dry after soaking. You don\u2019t want any moisture getting in that air fryer to sabotage your crispy roast potatoes!<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Preheat the air fryer so that the potatoes are added when the temperature is already hot.
