It\u2019s a deliciously kid-friendly meal, especially when served with their favorite sides and dipping sauces!<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>4-6 fillets tilapia<\/em>\n<p><em>3 tablespoon high heat oil<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Blackened Seasoning Rub<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>3 tablespoon smoked paprika<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 tablespoon onion powder<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bd teaspoon garlic powder<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon cumin<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon dried thyme<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon dried oregano<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon salt<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon ground black pepper<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bd teaspoon ground cayenne pepper<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Garnish<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><em>1 lemon, juiced<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Preheat the air fryer to 400\u00b0F for about 10 minutes.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>In a medium bowl, whisk together smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, ground pepper, and ground cayenne pepper.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Rinse the tilapia fillets and pat dry with a paper towel. In another bowl, drizzle and coat the tilapia with oil.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Then, drain the excess oil and season both sides of each fillet with the blackened seasoning (about 1 tablespoon for each fillet). Shake off any excess seasoning before placing it into the air fryer.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Generously spray each tilapia fillet with oil. Air fry for 7-9 minutes.
