Overcooking the chicken breasts will cause them to lose it\u2019s moisture.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure to season the chicken breasts generously especially if they\u2019re very thick otherwise it will be very bland.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid cooking a small chicken breast and a large one at the same time because they will cook unevenly. Try to use same sized chicken breasts.<\/li>\n<li>I added brown sugar to the spice rub for a little sweetness but if you\u2019re following a low carb or keto diet, simply omit the brown
