id=\"wprm-recipe-3731-step-0-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Prepare Garlic Butter by mixing butter, parsley garlic, worcestershire sauce, and salt until thoroughly combined.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-3731-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Place in parchment paper and roll into a log. Refrigerate until ready to use.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\" data-slot-rendered-recipe=\"true\">\n<h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Air Fryer Steak<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\">\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-3731-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Remove steak from fridge and allow to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes. Rub a little bit of olive oil on both side of the steak and season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-3731-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Grease your Air Fryer basket by rubbing a little bit of oil on the basket. Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Once preheated, place steaks in air fryer and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.*<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-3731-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Remove from air fryer and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Top with garlic butter.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wprm-recipe-header wprm-recipe-notes-header wprm-block-text-bold wprm-align-left wprm-header-decoration-none\">Notes<\/h3>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes\">*Adding olive oil to the steaks is optional. I do it for flavor.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>*This recipe creates Medium cooked steak. For medium-rare, cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. For medium-well, cook for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through. To ensure it is done to your liking, use a quick read thermometer to check the temperature.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>The thickness of your steak will determine how long you need to cook your steak. For thin ribeyes, I lower the cooking time to 7-8 minutes for medium steak.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Temperatures for Steak are as follows:<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>125\u00b0F for rare<\/li>\n<li>135\u00b0F for medium-rare<\/li>\n<li>145\u00b0F for medium<\/li>\n<li>150\u00b0F for medium-well<\/li>\n<li>160\u00b0F for well-done<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This Garlic Herb Butter is delicious on its own. You will not need all of it for this recipe.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure that your steak is at room temperature before adding it to the air fryer. This will help it to stay tender and juicy.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat your air fryer fully before adding the steak so that it cooks through evenly. If your air fryer doesn\u2019t have a preheat setting, let it run at 400F for 5 minutes before placing it in.<\/li>\n<li>Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before serving, cover it loosely with foil to keep it warm.
