I don&#8217;t recommend popcorn shrimp or even small shrimp, as they are tiny when baked.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>smaller the shrimp<\/strong>, the faster it will cook. I used large shrimp for this recipe and 8 minutes was my magic number. For medium shrimp, set the timer to 6 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Feel free to replace the <strong>seasoning<\/strong> with your favorite mix: Cajun, lemon pepper, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese, etc.<\/li>\n<li>I use <strong>kosher salt<\/strong> in this recipe.
