{"id":6835,"date":"2024-01-31T10:57:54","date_gmt":"2024-01-31T10:57:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/airfryer-tips.us\/en\/?p=6835"},"modified":"2024-01-31T10:57:54","modified_gmt":"2024-01-31T10:57:54","slug":"air-fryer-roasted-mushroom","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/airfryer-tips.us\/en\/air-fryer-roasted-mushroom\/","title":{"rendered":"Air Fryer Roasted Mushroom"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>These Air Fryer Roasted Mushrooms are perfect when you want a special side dish that\u2019s extra easy, and extra tasty!<\/p>\n<h3>Duration<\/h3>\n<p>prep time: 15 Minutes<br \/>\ncook time: 10 Minutes<br \/>\ntotal time: 25 Minutes<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb. large fresh mushrooms (see notes)<\/li>\n<li>3 T olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 T soy sauce (see notes)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp. garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>fresh-ground black pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>freshly-grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Gently wash mushrooms in a colander. (Just rinse, don\u2019t spray with a sink sprayer; that will remove the outer skin of the mushrooms.)<\/li>\n<li>Put the washed mushrooms on paper towels and put paper towels over them and press gently to blog the mushrooms dry.<\/li>\n<li>Trim the end of the mushroom stem and cut each mushroom in half.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper to make the cooking sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Put mushroom halves into a plastic bowl and toss with the cooking liquid, turning over until all mushrooms are coated with the mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Spread out mushrooms in the Air Fryer basket, cut side down. (I wish you could see it better in the photos, but after I had to buy a new try and basket for my Air Fryer I finally got smart enough to cover the tray with foil. Don\u2019t cover the side where the tray slides into the air fryer. )<\/li>\n<li>Preheat Air Fryer to 400F\/200C (as needed.)<\/li>\n<li>Cook mushrooms 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Remove basket or basket and try from Air Fryer and turn over mushrooms so cut side is up.<\/li>\n<li>Cook 5 minutes more, or slightly less for smaller mushrooms.<\/li>\n<li>Serve hot, sprinkled with freshly-grated Parmesan cheese if desired.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Notes<\/h4>\n<p>We used brown Cremini mushrooms, but white mushrooms will also be great for this.
