Using your fingers, gently rub the butter below the chicken skin, and smear it both over and under.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-9665-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Slice off the top of the head of garlic. Put half a lemon and the whole head of garlic into the chicken cavity.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-9665-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Truss the chicken, place it breast downward on the Air Fryer basket. Using a brush, brush olive oil all over.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-9665-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Air fry at 370F for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, take out the basket.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-9665-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Flip the chicken over gently, with the help of a spatula or tongs. Then brush over more olive oil (or butter).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-9665-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">If you want to cook potatoes together with the chicken, add the sliced potatoes in the gap between the air fryer wall and the chicken. Do not over crowd.
