If you do not have an oven handy, have plans to be on the road or live in a dorm you will definitely enjoy having fresh made biscuits that your grandma would love anytime anywhere. I have worked over time to make a recipe for biscuits that my very traditional southern husband loves to eat. I have tweaked that method a bit to fit the air fryer and it works. In the south making a good biscuit can make you a legend in your own family. Use a pastry cutter or your hand to mix until it begins to form coarse crumbs.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-11315-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Add milk and knead the dough in the bowl for a few minutes. The dough will be sticky at first but once you knead everything it will be fine.\u00a0<em>If the dough is still sticky add 1 tbsp of flour and knead until it is no longer sticky.<\/em><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-11315-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Preheat the air fryer to 380\u00b0F.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-11315-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Transfer the dough to a floured surface. Pat the dough out to \u00be\u201d to 1\u2033 thick.
