Cut the potato into \u00bc inch slices, but make sure not to cut all the way through because of the chopsticks. Repeat this for the other potatoes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Prepare the seasoning: Mix olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Brush the potatoes: Put the potatoes in the air fryer basket and generously brush them with the olive oil mixture, making sure to cover all sides.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cook the potatoes: Set the air fryer to 380\u00b0F and cook the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are easily pierced with a fork.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><strong>What type of potatoes would be best to use?:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><em>Russet potatoes are an excellent choice for frying as they brown wonderfully in the air fryer. If you have a small basket, you may only be able to fit two potatoes at a time. Keep in mind that the cooking time may vary depending on the size of your potatoes.<\/p>\n<p>You have the option to peel the potatoes or leave them unpeeled.
