I jazzed them up today with some cut pieces of cheese and added some butter and spices for a great and easy air fryer side dish.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>PREPATION TiME:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Prep Time:10 mins<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Cook Time: 35 mins<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Total Time: 45 mins<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>4 medium Russet potatoes<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>4 tablespoons butter melted, unsalted<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>8-10 slices cheddar cheese cut into slices that fit in between the slots<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon kosher salt<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1\/2 teaspoon black pepper<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon chives dried<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon parsley dried<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Cut the potatoes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In a small bowl, melt the butter, and add salt, black pepper, parsley, and chives. Mix well, then use a pastry brush and brush over the potatoes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Set into the air fryer basket, and set the temperature to 350 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes. I basted them frequently with the melted butter and seasoning mixture. Once the potatoes are fork-tender, add your cheese slices.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Place the slices of cheese into the cuts, I added them to every other slot. Brushed again with the butter and seasoning mixture and placed back into the air fryer for another 2-3 minutes.
