If you have been looking for a Keto and Low-Carb breakfast option, this is one of my favorites!<\/p>\n<p>This is one of my favorite Air Fryer breakfast options, and I often make a batch over the weekend and then reheat them during the week. They make a perfect meal prep recipe, and they are healthy, kid-friendly, and delicious!<\/p>\n<p>One of the best things is that you can change out the filling for almost anything, and it will work, so if you are not a fan of sausage, use some cooked bacon, even some spicy chorizo sausage.
