(Mine doesn\u2019t require a pre-heat. Follow the directions of your machine.)<\/li>\n<li>Slice potatoes into rounds about \u00bc inch rounds.<\/li>\n<li>Beat eggs in a small bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Combine flour and spices in a shallow bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Dip each potato in the flour, egg and flour again. And place in the air fryer basket in one layer. Spray them with olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>Cook in Air Fryer for 4 to 5 minutes, carefully flip them over. Spray with oil and cook for another 4 to 6 minutes or until done.<\/li>\n<li>Let cool and serve with ketchup and ranch dressing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tips: Don\u2019t crowd them in the air fryer.
