I\u2019ve done ribeye to serve alongside fries and salad, steak kebabs in the air fryer, and now I present air fryer steak fajitas.<\/p>\n<p>This is one of those recipes that have come in handy on our taco Tuesdays weeknights. Aside from the marinating, it\u2019s quick and easy and clean-up is a breeze. I\u2019m sure it\u2019s a recipe you\u2019ll add to your dinner rotations as well.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>About Time\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-time-container wprm-color-border\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-time-header\"><strong>Prep Time<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a010 mins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-time-container wprm-color-border\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-time-header\"><strong>Cook Time<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a017 mins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-time-container wprm-color-border\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-time-header\"><strong>Total Time<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a027 mins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-group\">\n<ul>\n<li>1.5 lbs top sirloin or flank steak sliced against the grain<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup pineapple juice<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoon lime juice<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Tablespoon chili powder<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon cumin<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon smoked paprika<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd red bell pepper sliced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd green bell pepper sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 onion sliced<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine pineapple juice, lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika. Pour over steak and allow to marinate for 2-4 hours in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<li>Place a piece of foil in the air fryer basket, and place peppers and onions in the basket. Spray with oil and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Close and cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add steak pieces on top of the peppers. Close and cook at 400 degrees for 7 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking.<\/li>\n<li>Serve on tortillas.
