I make recipes with this bang bang sauce quite often, so I knew I had to try making Air Fryer Bang Bang Salmon.
Why, you might ask, do I make it and crave it so often?!
Because it’s freaking DELICIOUS!!!
Like seriously just try it for yourself, and you too could be addicted to this sweet and spicy gem of a sauce
How to Make Air Fryer Bang Bang Salmon
Start with a pound of salmon.
I cut mine into 2 larger fillets, but you could cut into smaller pieces if preferred.
This amount did feed my family of four, we just cut them into smaller pieces at dinner.
And the sauce ingredients are mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
In a bowl put 1/3 cup mayo, 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce, and 1 to 2 Tablespoons sriracha.
It really depends on how spicy you prefer.
Whisk until combined and you have yourself a darn tasty, homemade bang bang sauce.
