Easy Homemade Bread in the Ninja Dual 400 Air Fryer

Natalie January 15, 2025

Here’s a simple and tasty recipe for making delicious homemade bread in your Ninja Dual 400! With just a few basic ingredients, you’ll have a soft, lightly browned loaf on the inside. Perfect for a side dish or for making tasty slices of toast for breakfast. Follow these easy steps and you’ll be enjoying your favourite treat in no time!
Ingredients:

500g bread flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 x 7g sachet dry yeast
300ml warm water

Instructions:

Mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a large bowl, then add the warm water.
Form a smooth dough and knead for at least 5 minutes.
Return the dough to the bowl, cover with a tea towel and let rise until doubled in size (about 45 minutes to 1 hour).
Transfer the dough to a mold, press it to expel the air and let it rise again.
Bake at 150°C for 40 minutes in the Ninja Dual 400.
After 30 minutes, turn the bread in the mold to ensure even cooking of the bottom.

Enjoy a soft and crispy homemade bread! 😋
