Tater Tot Casserole Breakfast – A hearty, comforting dish layered with crispy tots, savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and melty cheese. Perfect for weekend brunch or meal prep mornings!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen tater tots
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage (crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Base
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Grease a baking dish that fits in your air fryer. Layer the bottom with frozen tater tots.
Step 2: Mix & Layer
  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle cooked sausage and onions over the tater tots, then pour the egg mixture over everything.
  3. Top with shredded cheese.
Step 3: Cook
  1. Place in air fryer and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until eggs are set and cheese is golden.
  2. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
