Air Fried Lobster Tails Recipe

Sure! Here’s a recipe for air-fried lobster tails:

Ingredients:

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, stopping just before the tail. Gently pull the shell apart to expose the meat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat, making sure to coat it evenly.
  5. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, meat side up. Make sure they are not overlapping.
  6. Air fry the lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of the lobster tails, so keep an eye on them.
  7. Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the air fryer and let them rest for a minute.
  8. Serve the air-fried lobster tails with additional melted butter for dipping, if desired. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for added flavor and garnish.
