Air fryer potato wedges are a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional deep-fried potato wedges. They come out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making them a perfect side dish or snack. Here’s a simple recipe for making air fryer potato wedges:

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges. You can leave the skin on for extra texture and flavor.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them in the oil and spice mixture until they are evenly coated.
  5. Place the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  6. Cook the potato wedges in the air fryer for about 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of the wedges and the crispiness you desire.
  7. Once the potato wedges are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately.
  8. You can garnish the potato wedges with fresh herbs like parsley or a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
