- 2 Portobello Mushroom
- 1 cup imitation crab meat shredded
- 3 tablespoon cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon Japanese mayo
- ¼ cup shredded cheese
- 2 green onions chopped
- ½ tablespoon lemon zest
- ½ cup chopped prawns or shrimp optional
- Black pepper

Mix imitation crab meat, creamy cheese, Japanese mayo, shredded cheese, green onion, lemon zest, chopped prawns, and a pinch of black pepper in a large bowl.

Take off the stem of the mushroom, and using a spoon, gently scoop out the inside of the mushroom until it is clean.
