AIR FRYER BEEF KABOBS

Air fryer beef kabobs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines marinated beef and a variety of vegetables. Here’s a recipe to help you make air fryer beef kabobs:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together all the marinade ingredients until well combined.
  2. Place the beef cubes in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the beef and toss to coat. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent them from burning in the air fryer.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers, alternating with pieces of bell peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes.
  6. Place the assembled kabobs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between each kabob.
  7. Cook the kabobs in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the beef reaches your desired level of doneness.
  8. Once cooked, remove the kabobs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Serve the beef kabobs with your favorite side dishes, such as rice or a salad.
