Ingredients

  • 2 prepared naan breads
  • 3-4 tbsp pizza sauce, or tikka masala sauce
  • 100 g (1 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese, or to taste

Instructions

  • Heat the air fryer to 180C / 360F while you gather up your ingredients.
  • When the air fryer is heated, place the naan breads in and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add sauce to the top of the naan breads – be fairly generous, it’s a thick crust so you want it nice and saucy!
  • Add grated cheese to the top.
  • Return to the air fryer and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the cheese is browned.
