Air fryer ham and egg bagel holes are a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast or brunch option. Here’s a simple recipe to guide you through the process:

Ingredients:

  • 4 bagels
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sliced avocado, or chopped herbs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
  2. Slice the bagels in half horizontally to create a top and bottom.
  3. Using a spoon or your fingers, gently press down in the center of each bagel half, creating a small well or hole.
  4. Place a slice of ham inside each well, making sure it covers the hole completely.
  5. Crack one egg into each ham-filled bagel hole.
  6. Season the eggs with salt and pepper to your taste.
  7. If desired, add additional toppings like shredded cheese, sliced avocado, or chopped herbs on top of the eggs.
  8. Carefully transfer the filled bagels to the preheated air fryer basket, making sure they are spaced apart.
  9. Cook the bagels in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your preferred level of doneness. Keep an eye on them and adjust the cooking time based on your desired egg consistency.
  10. Once done, remove the bagels from the air fryer using tongs or a spatula.
  11. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
