Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, frozen
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp oregano
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400ºF
- Combine the sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and oregano
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the chicken breast, rub or brush the olive oil to cover the chicken.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the spice mixture
- Place the chicken into the basket of the air fryer
- Set the timer for 15 minutes, turn the chicken in the basket and continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken measures 165ºF or is no longer pink in the center.
- Remove the chicken and rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing
