Ingredients
12 oz Lamb chops (4x)
1 tbsp Olive oil
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Dried mint
¼ tsp Dried rosemary
¼ tsp Garlic powder
¼ tsp Onion powder
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 365 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, place the lamb chops, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried rosemary, dried mint and salt. Ensure both sides of the lamb chops are coated.
Place the lamb chops (single layer) in the air fryer basket and cook for 11 minutes, flipping halfway at 5 minutes.
Take the lamb chops out of the air fryer basket. Using a meat thermometer check that the internal temperature reaches 145°F to make sure that the lamb is cooked.
Tranfser the cooked lamb chops onto a serving plate.
