Ingredients
24 oz baby gold potatoes, halved
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon pepper
olive oil spray, as needed
Instructions
Cut baby potatoes in half and spray with olive oil spray
Add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and pepper, then mix to coat
Place the baby potatoes into the air fryer basket in a single layer
Air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
Shake and flip the potatoes, and spray again with olive oil spray
Continue to air fry for an additional 5-10 minutes, watching closely, until crispy on all sides
