Description

Air Fryer Banana Bread is a quick and easy breakfast or snack. Combine overripe bananas with simple ingredients for a sweet, fluffy loaf!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups of flour
  • 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2/3 cups of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 3 overripe bananas

Instructions

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients in a mixer, or a large mixing bowl.
  2. Then spray your pan with non-stick cooking spray (or use olive oil)
  3. Cook in the Air Fryer at 330 degrees F (air fryers setting) for 20-30 minutes. Check your air fryer, does the toothpick come out clean? If so it’s done, otherwise add a few more minutes on your time.
  4. Let cool, then slice and serve.
