How to Know when Barbecue Chicken Thighs are Done
According to the FDA, chicken needs to cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
How long that takes is going to depend on your make and model of air fryer as well as the size of the chicken thighs.
I always recommend using an Instant Read Thermometer for the most accurate cooking times.
Once the thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a chicken thigh reads 165 degrees F, you’re ready to serve!
