Ingredients
3 medium Russet potatoes
4 ounces Queso block cheese
4 ounces Cream cheese
3 Tablespoons Butter unsalted
Instructions
Rinse and pat dry the potatoes, then carefully peel and remove the potato skin.
Use a mandolin to cut 1/8″ thick potato slices.
Add the cream cheese, butter, and queso to a small sauce pan. Heat over low to medium heat while stirring to combine.
Place the baking dish into the bottom of the air fryer basket.
