Air fryer broccoli is a delicious and healthy side dish that is quick and easy to make. Here’s a simple recipe to prepare air fryer broccoli:

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, or your preferred seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes.
  2. Wash the broccoli head thoroughly and cut it into florets. Make sure the florets are similar in size for even cooking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, olive oil, salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you desire. Toss well to evenly coat the florets.
  4. Place the seasoned broccoli florets in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are in a single layer and not overcrowded.
  5. Cook the broccoli in the air fryer for approximately 10-12 minutes, shaking or tossing them halfway through to ensure even cooking. The cooking time may vary based on the size of the florets and the desired level of crispness.
  6. Once the broccoli is tender and lightly browned, remove it from the air fryer.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese or additional seasoning over the cooked broccoli for added flavor.
  8. Serve the air fryer broccoli immediately as a side dish or as a tasty addition to salads, stir-fries, or grain bowls.
